Medical / Paid Search
Hair restoration is a high-trust decision, and every click from Google Ads costs real money. The old landing page was leaking conversions. We rebuilt the consultation funnel from scratch: a clean, credible layout with provider credentials front and center, transparent pricing that eliminates sticker shock, and a streamlined booking form that removes every barrier between click and consult.

Boston Hair Restoration® needed a Google Ads landing page that could turn paid traffic into booked consultations. The clinic was running competitive paid search in one of the most expensive medical CPC categories in Boston, and those clicks were landing on a generic website experience that did not convert at the rate the campaign needed. This project was a focused, regulated-medical-compliant landing page built to establish credibility within seconds, surface the provider relationship that drives medical-decision trust, and make booking effortless for the high-intent patient who just clicked a paid ad.
Hair restoration is one of the highest cost-per-click medical categories in Boston paid search. Every dollar Boston Hair Restoration® spent on Google Ads needed to convert harder than the existing site experience allowed. The original landing flow did not establish clinical authority quickly enough, did not surface the provider context patients need before booking a sensitive procedure, and required too many steps to reach the consultation form. High CPC plus low conversion meant patient acquisition cost was climbing.
We built the landing page specifically for the way patients arrive from paid search: high intent, mobile, ready to make a decision in the next minute. Jason Sorgi, PA-C, MPAS, became the visual and narrative anchor of the page, with content structured to answer the questions a patient is actually weighing in those first seconds: who is treating me, what does the procedure look like, what will it cost, and how do I take the next step. We tightened technical performance for Google Ads Quality Score, added schema for medical entities, and rebuilt the consultation flow as a single mobile-first action.
Boston Hair Restoration® now has a Google Ads landing page that converts paid traffic into booked consultations at a sustainable cost per acquisition. Consultation requests increased, mobile bounce dropped, and the page is the conversion layer underneath the paid search program NOVA continues to manage for the practice.
Boston Hair Restoration® is a regulated medical practice specializing in hair restoration procedures. Led by Jason Sorgi, PA-C, MPAS, the practice serves patients across Greater Boston in a category dominated by national chains and aggressive paid search. What sets the practice apart is the depth of the provider relationship: patients meet the same person who will perform their procedure, receive consultations grounded in medical context rather than sales pressure, and get a treatment plan that fits their specific situation.
In a category where trust is the entire decision, the website experience has to mirror the practice's clinical approach.
A focused Google Ads landing page. The practice has a separate primary website that supports organic acquisition. The landing page handles the high-intent traffic from paid search specifically, where every click costs more than most local businesses spend on a full month of marketing.
Every line of copy is reviewed against current medical advertising guidelines before it goes live. Outcome claims are framed against typical patient expectations, before-and-after content includes appropriate context, and the consultation flow is structured to avoid promising results that cannot be guaranteed.
No. The landing page is structured to support paid search performance without competing with the main site for organic queries. NOVA continues to manage the practice's broader local SEO and AI search optimization program separately.
