Kae has worked in design, creative direction, branding, and web design for over 20 years, collaborating with businesses across industries and scales. In addition to his creative background, he brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources, HR compliance, organizational development, and leadership development.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies with a concentration in Human Resources, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management with a concentration in Leadership. This dual background informs his ability to design systems that respect both human behavior and organizational realities.
